The episode's title derives from the proverb "Birds of a feather flock together". Its avian theme homages the Penguin, but it also deals with two different people being drawn together by a common similarity - in this case, Veronica and Oswald due to their "socialite" attitude. See more »

A much better episode for Penguin than "I've Got Batman in My Basement". While not perfect, the episode has enough of a story to make it interesting. I actually feel sorry for Penguin in this, all he wanted was someone to love him. But unfortunately, the woman he falls in love with is just playing him from the start. Sure, she might actually start to love him near the end, but I still don't like her based on what she did to him before that. Of course Penguin goes back to crime, but you understand why he did, so it makes the story line have some punch to it. It's not like he was secretly still evil the whole time and playing everyone for saps, he's the sap getting played.
