First she puts Commissioner Gordon under her stunning spell and orders him to stow away in the Batmobile in order to find out the location of the Batcave as well as Batman & Robins secret identities. 's autobiography, Collins, who was doing a lot of U.S. TV at this point, also had a reputation for being difficult. Although she was very professional and cooperative during the taping of this episode, director George Waggner
berated her mercilessly because of that reputation, reducing her almost to tears on at least one occasion. With help and encouragement from West and other people in the cast and crew, she was able to finish the episode with no further incidents. See more
Siren claims that singing the "antidote note" - three octaves above high C - would destroy her voice. However, the Siren is described as having a seven-octave range, with an upper range that only dogs can hear. Assuming her lowest note is at middle C (two octaves below high C, and about the average soprano's lower limit), the antidote note is only five octaves higher, and should be well within her ability without any damage to her voice.
