Bruce and Dick watch Commissioner Gordon being shot on their color television, yet the shot of somebody falling off the bridge is in black and white.
When Commissioner Gordon calls Batman and Robin to tell them to go to the Harbor Warehouse it is nighttime. When they release the parachutes to spin the batmobile around it is daytime. It then goes back to nighttime.
When the book bomb is ejected from the Batmobile and explodes in the air, the shot of it exploding in the air clearly shows the explosive hanging from a long rope of some kind.
The opening shot is of the dedication of a new bridge, but the pavement everyone is walking on is faded and shows several patched lines of darker asphalt. If the bridge was new, the whole area would have been new, dark asphalt.
Exact same explosion footage as in Get Smart 1969 S4e18 "I Shot 86 Today" - 1 minute from the end of the show of an exploding mortar. Even the clouds are the same.
Batman calls 'A Study in Scarlet' a Sherlock Holmes adventure novel. It is a detective novel.
