"Guns" finds Inspector Luger still working under Captain Miller at the 12th Precinct, disarming a dangerous suspect (David Paymer) by walking up to him and grabbing the barrel of his gun. The antique pistol used belonged to a gun collector, Mr. Vogel (Jack Dodson, second of four), who now reports that his entire collection is missing, including bazookas and rocket launchers! Mario Roccuzzo (second of six) plays bank robber Vincent Turso, who used the bazooka to blow a hole in the door of the bank vault (Barney: "what happened?" Turso: "I don't know, it just went BOOM!"). Wojo worries that the old Inspector is thinking about going out in the line of duty like his former comrades in arms did. To everyone's relief, Luger is allowed to return to his former glory by reporting to Manhattan South in the morning (Harris: "it's about time!"). Joseph Osborne (Madison Arnold) is arrested for stealing a Sony TV from the police warehouse, which turns out to be his own. The set had been confiscated as evidence two years before, and Osborne feared that it was going to be sold off at auction...only he mistakenly stole a different set!
