This episode concerns Delenn heading to Minbar in order to try to stop the civil war that has just broke out on the planet. The warrior caste, angry at being supplanted by the religious caste in the conflict with the Shadows, has decided to attack religious cities. In return, many within the religious caste seek retribution. Delenn and Neroon (two who were always at odds with each other in the past) discuss a possible alliance in order to put an end to the mess. Neroon seems oddly agreeable to her plans, so the viewer is left wondering if he truly is interested in a solution or dominance of the warrior caste.
A concurrent, and really cool theme, is Sheridan's new plan to strengthen the alliance. At this point, the alliance is fragmenting, as many of the nonaligned worlds now feel that with the Shadows gone, there's no more need for cooperation with other worlds. But, a bizarrely behaving Sheridan has a devious and funny plan in his mind that CAN unify these worlds IF the Centauri and Narn can cooperate. What this plan is, you'll have to see for yourself--but it's pretty clever and very funny.
A good episode and one worth seeing.
