Capt. John Sheridan: Ambassador, I've been looking for you. Last week, after you saved my life, I didn't really get a chance to thank you properly. I've tried to reach you since then, but you haven't answered my calls. Is everything all right?

The ball is finally rolling,...., 11 January 2007
9/10
Author: planktonrules from Bradenton, Florida

During Seasons 1 and 2, the main underlying plot of the Shadows was often woven into the episodes--but it usually involved a lot of glimpses into what was to come and major action by Sheridan and his allies was still in the future. Now, with this premier episode of Season 3, the plot is finally on a roll and the plot is unfolding faster and faster--a definite plus for the series.

The episode begins with showing the reaction to the gripping conclusion to Season 2 when Kosh finally revealed himself. Many races (including the humans) consider this to be a major religious event and beings are flocking to the station on pilgrimages. Some of these reactions are pretty funny, actually.

The other plots in the episode are Mollari trying to end his relationship with Morden and the Shadows, as he's terrified where this is taking him and the Centauri. But, given that Morden is evil scum, you KNOW his telling Morden to go away is NOT going to go over very well! The other plot involves the introduction of the White Star and learning about the full extent of the Rangers' strength and dedication. All in all, a LOT of episode was crammed into this opener! So many plots and so much action, this one was fast-paced and exciting from start to finish!
