"Babylon 5" A Voice in the Wilderness: Part 2 (TV Episode 1994) Poster

Factual errors

Ivanova states that the fusion reactors on the planet are moving to critical mass. A fusion reactor can't have a critical mass because the fuel they uses can't reach a critical mass. Nor can they explode catastrophically with the power described. Even a fission reactor can't experience a nuclear explosion.
