It's clear that Jean is hurt by Lionel's revelation in Norwich, she gives him the cold shoulder.
Perhaps my least favourite episode so far, but that's me being super critical, as the first few have all been incredibly funny and original.
It's still a very good episode, it's funny, it's charming also. I like that Sandy had a more substantial part, and I liked some of the jokes, that one about it being a freeish country was good.
It is amusing that Alistair fancies Jean, almost a taboo subject for the time.
We definitely now know that this series is all about the topsy turvy beginnings of a new relationship.
7/10.
