This ~far out~ episode isn't one that I'd say is particularly scary, in fact horror-wise it's one of the least scary, there's no creepy touches or moments in it at all unless you count a hovering hippie ghost girl.. This to me is just a good little tale of time travel and the preventing of mortal danger from ever taking place! This one kind of had the weirdness of (Tale of the...)Dollmaker and a little of the poignant tone of The Shiny Red Bicycle. I always generally find the time travel angle to be interesting, and it's a different take on a ghost story because here the ghost of a girl named Candy from the past needs help from a girl named Julie in the present to prevent her accidental death, via Julie transporting back in time to 1968 - where everyone sees her as Candy, rather like in that show about that Becket guy! She embarks back in time to the pretty decent hippie aesthetic cleaner version of the school by wearing the peace necklace that once belonged to Candy that she finds in her old locker number 22...(don't ask!) Long story short Julie manages to change the events of the past for the better and then Candy is in the present as a much nicer school principal, and she doesn't even remember any of it, which does make sense I guess! I loved Karen Elkin, she was very beautiful and had an interesting quality to her. I liked her French twang! I also liked the little friendship between her and Cory King's character. They made a cute couple and it wasn't just a black and white thing, for what it was, their chemistry seemed sweet and genuine. I also liked the stressed-out idiot vice principal who's ignorance caused the accident in the first place. He was funny. What also tickled me was how everyone in the past version of the school appeared to be a little high! It would explain the strange smoky haze in the air.. I always liked this one a lot, and like whoa, you should too man! There's no need to wig out!!! Peace!

Tale by: kristen.

i usually love kristen episodes but this one didn't do it for me. i guess i was expecting a little more out of locker 22. so much you could do with an evil locker. nope. just time travel and a hippie ghost. also, the main actor had a terrible french accent so why not just say she was from out of state instead of putting her through the trouble of trying to do a french accent. sometimes she sounded like was trying to do swedish, sometimes the fargo accent, sometimes spanish. but all of it was just barely her amaerican accent also. just a little distracting. but i'm glad the other reviewer loves this episode. not my fave though.
