Spike: [cutting him off] Yeah, rousing bit of rah-rah, mate. Get to the goods. Tell them what you told me.
Drogyn: Once I bested him, I tortured the Sathari for hours, until he confessed to me who sent him. It was Angel.

. Everything Team Angel Has Fought For In 5 Years, Hell Even 8, Comes Down To The Next Episode
16 December 2010 | by (Valhalla) – See all my reviews

The Team have reason to believe that Angel has been utterly corrupted with power when they find evidence that he has joined the Circle of the Black Thorn, the most evil of secret societies. Wesley, Gunn, Spike, and even Illyria discover some surprises when they urge Angel to side with the forces of Good again. To Me This Entire Episode Is One Long Promo To The Last Episode Ever. I Saw This Episode For The First Time & After "Not Fade Away" I Rewatched "City Of..." Just To See How Far They Went In Those 5 Years & I Honestly Loved It Seeing Angel With Doyle Again.

I Said It Before & I'll Say It Again...David Boreanaz Can Pretty Much Play Anything Even If A Character That He's Playing Is Acting. When I Watched This Episode & Then "Not Fade Away" I Really Got Hooked Into "Angel After The Fall" & Its A Good Comic Book. I Also Enjoyed Seeing "Evil Angel" But Thats Nothing Compared To How Much I Enjoy Seeing Angelus. Overall This Episode Just Clears The Way To The Path Of Killing The Black Thorn Members.

Now This May Not Seem Like A Good Review Because All I Talk About Is The Followup But Besides The Other Stuff Like The Rest Of The Team Talking To Each other "Hey Angelus May Be Back" "No He's Corrupted" What Else Is There To Talk About In Respects To This Episode?
