When Russell and Cordelia are talking in his mansion a close up shot shows his hair at a shorter length, but when they go to a farther shot it's longer again.

Crew or equipment visible 

At 38:41, when Doyle is pulling away from Russell's gate with Cordelia and Angel, you can clearly see equipment and a crew member in the upper right hand corner of the frame.

Factual errors 

There's no way pushing a chair against the window of a skyscraper would ever be able to break the glass. Also, the glass we see break when Russell goes flying out of it is clearly millimeters thin, compared to the inch thick glass that would be in place in such a building.

Revealing mistakes 

When Angel pushes Russell out of the window, on his way down you can see his reflection on the windows as he drops by them.
