When the Taylors are riding the bus to their hotel, the background scenery changes suddenly. Between the driver asking 'You folks aren't from Mayberry, North Carolina?' and Andy saying 'Yeah, ya heard of it?', the background outside the bus changes. The buildings are different and it appears to be later in the day.
When Andy first puts the newspaper down after being told by the maid to get off the lawn, it looks like a backslash. Just before they leave, it's in the form of a forward slash.
The suitcase that Mr. Jason inadequately fixed in the previous episode is now missing from the Taylor's luggage in Hollywood.
When the Taylors are riding the bus to their hotel, the conversation held between Andy Taylor, Aunt Bee, and the gentlemen from Ruby Creek is clearly a studio recording and does not match the ambient sounds of the bus and the passing environment outside. The mismatch is particularly obvious when one pays attention to how Aunt Bee delivers her dialogue, as the lip movements are out of sync with the delivered lines.
Andy tells Opie that it's 7pm, and Opie replies that if they were home in Mayberry he'd be watching The Jerome Sanders Show. So Andy orders room service to send up a TV. The Taylor's will be surprised when they discover that Los Angeles is three hours behind North Carolina.
