At the Courthouse, Andy hears an announcement that three women convicts have escaped from the state prison. What a time for Barney to be away fishing with Floyd. The hapless fishermen, however, run out of gas. Setting out on foot to find a farmhouse where its residents might allow them to borrow some gas, they wander up upon the home of O'Malley, a mutual friend, where, sure enough, they're taken prisoner by the escaped felons - Big Maude, Naomi and Sally - all using the vacated cabin as a hideout. Needing food, Sally drives Floyd into town to get supplies. Andy spots Floyd about to scoot back in his car and stops him for a short conversation. From seeing the woman driving, to Floyd's jittery mannerisms, Andy deduces there's a party going on at O'Malley's cabin, but after Floyd and Sally depart, Andy sees O'Malley just coming back from his out-of-town trip. He soon puts two and two together to realize something is wrong, and it's left to Andy (with O'Malley's help) to rescue the boys. Written by garykmcd/revised by statmanjeff
