Charlene Darling as Doris at the Piano?, 22 May 2006

Goober finds a girl, turns out she is too smart for him.

So Andy has Helen, and Sam Jones (Ken Berry) has his own girl as well, but it isn't Millie (didnt Millie start as Howard's woman anyway?).

Sam has some blonde named Doris.

Well, to further confuse matters, Doris is played by Maggie Peterson, who had always been Charlene Darling.

Now this wouldn't have been so bad, but all we see of the newly christened Doris is her sitting at the piano, while everyone sings.

She could have still been Charlene for all we cared.

Next to the last episode of the wonderful show.

What a way to go.
