Storyline

When The Kingfish (Tim Moore) learns that Andy (Spencer Williams) has received a telegram form a rich uncle offering him a high-paying job in South America, he promises to help his old friend. Planning to keep some of the passage money for himself, The Kingfish makes a reservation for Andy on a cattle boat. By helping Andy, he breaks his promise to Sapphire (Ernestine Wade) to avoid his worthless friends. Duping Andy out of the ticket, The Kingfish is on the high seas before it is revealed that Sapphire sent the phony wire.
