An Anti-Nuclear Weapon Episode
26 November 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

The Deadly Dust: Part 1 is the second episode of the first season of the The Amazing Spiderman and the first part of the two-part episode that is entitled,"The Deadyly Dust".

In it,Peter Parker's university allowed plutonium to be brought in by a professor into the campus to show students. This motivated many students to make a political statement against the use of nuclear power.Three University students decide to steal the radioactive material to build a bomb in order which provides dangers of nuclear power. But behind them were international businessmen and arms dealer named Mr. White that has his henchmen steal it so that he can detonate it in at Los Angeles, California at a time when President will be around to give a campaign is up to Spiderman to prevent the disaster from occurring.

The intriguing story was definitely a great follow up to the pilot episode.Added to that,it was also a great beginning to a two-part episode wherein statements against the use of nuclear war was used as a theme for the TV show. This way, young and old viewers alike are made aware of the potential dangers it could present to both the planet and the people living in it.
