Quotes
Sydney:
Sloane wouldn't agree to partner with him unless Sark made it worth his while. Do you have any idea what they're after?
Jack:
Given the scope of Sark's previous contacts and operations, he could be offering almost anything. What concerns me more is that your mother knew we were double agents before she turned herself in. She may have told Sark.
Sydney:
I'll find out.
Jack:

After discovering that she will now be working with Julian Sark Sydney is understandably concerned that he might know that she is a double agent and if so will he tell Sloane? Sark has already told her that he has no intention of telling Sloane about her part in his 'attempted assassination'. With Sark now helping SD-6 she and Dixon are tasked with acquiring certain codes; she does this not realising that they are the arming codes for six nuclear weapons stored in Kashmir. Once it is learnt what the codes are for the CIA must retrieve them before SD-6 can; to do this Sydney must go to Kashmir with her father and her mother! Jack isn't too keen on Irena going with them but she knows the facility.
This was a fine opening to a two part story with plenty of action; it was great to see the three members of the Bristow family in action together when they were up against rebels in Kashmir... even if the rebels were shockingly bad shots! Lena Olin has been impressive in her more subtle role as the imprisoned Irena Derevko but here she showed she can do the action scenes too. The secondary story regarding Will's investigation into the school tests continues to be intriguing; I look forward to seeing where that goes in future episodes.
