In the opening credits, Heyes and Curry discuss their dubious amnesty with an unseen Lom Trevors, voice provided by Mike Road. (This is the sequence filmed late in the previous season when Roger Davis became Hannibal Heyes, and Road's dubbed-in voice is used for the entire series.) At the end of this story, Heyes and Curry exactly replicate the conversation with Trevors - but now he's played by John Russell. (Russell would play Lom Trevors a second time in the last show filmed, "Witness to a Lynching" - and again the opening-credit voice would belong to Road.)
