Storyline
Inspector Davidson's murder investigation is not going as smoothly as he would have hoped. He now has two confessions: one from Lord Sorrington and another from the American, Bernard K. Froy. (Davidson is rather hoping the American did it). Both confessions are equally plausible. But only one person could have killed the count. Davidson is undaunted by this mystery -- even when a new revelation makes the case more vexatious than ever. Part two of a three-part story. Written by
J. Spurlin
