When Airwolf's avionics tunes in on the mobile phone the display shows 19.5 KHz. Mobile phones of this type typically operate at around 800 Mhz and 19.5 KHz is not an RF frequency, but is the upper end of the audible range.
When Dom, Caitlin, and String are watching the film Caitlin shot, the kidnapping was shot from a long distance. When they replay it, the view has zoomed in on just the car. Doing that was not possible since Caitlin never zoomed in the camera while filming that part of the footage.
When DeSoto gives up trying to squash the Roxy impostor, the scene changes to the helicopter he and Rusty are in. The rotor is not spinning fast enough to keep a real helicopter in the air.
The scenes of the concert and those of DeSoto and Rusty both trying to kill the impostor Roxy and trying to shoot down Airwolf happen at night. As Hawke and Dom wait for the other helicopter to be over a park so they can shoot it down, several shots of Airwolf show the sky as if it is early morning or just after sunset.
