Storyline

A frantic woman named Harriet Hopper (Vera Marshe) bursts into the offices of the "Daily Planet" demanding to speak to Superman--and makes a beeline to the office of Clark Kent (George Reeves! How has Harriet managed to tumble to Clark's secret identity? Well, it seems that her nephew Alan (played by Billy Gray of Father Knows Best fame) is a camera bug, and has managed to snap an infra-red photo of Clark changing into his Superman outfit. Though Kent manages to alibi his way out of this sticky situation, young Alan is not yet out of the woods: He has also taken a picture of a dangerous criminal named Burnside (John Eldredge) faking his own death in order to defraud an insurance company. How Could a Knowledgeabel Photographer Buy the Story
1 February 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Clark is worried again. A boy has taken a picture of him changing into Superman's togs. Clark explains it away as a double exposure. The boy buys it. But he also has another picture of a man standing in front of some tulips. He also has another copy of the incriminating picture. Clark is visited by this man who pulls a gun on him. As the man tries to take the picture, Jimmy grabs it and escapes on a subway. Suffice it to say that Clark must now run him down. Also, the crooks decide to destroy the subway by letting it run loose. However, the Man of Steel puts a stop to it. There is the usual subplot of Lois refusing to let Clark investigate unless she gets to go along, effectively tying his hands and his cape lest he be discovered. More is made of his x-ray vision in this episode.
