Sir Lancelot is attacked and ambushed by a trio of savage warriors that kill his horse, unimpressed, Lancelot travels to their camp, and demands a horse in return, he is met with disdain from The brigantes.
I know he's our central character and hero, but why was he travelling single handedly in that mission, not even Brian in tow. I know I shouldn't enjoy seeing him taken down a peg or two, but he can be a bit of a smarty pants, he does meet his match here.
Although I perhaps didn't enjoy it as much as the previous episode, it's definitely still a step in the right direction. A bit more grit than in previous episodes, and some of the fight scenes looked a lot more realistic.
Great costumes again, I don't imagine there was much of a budget, but they certainly made good use of what they had, The Brigante costumes were nice.
George Murcell was very good as Jaggyd, one of the better villains that Sir Lancelot has faced so far.
Derren Nesbitt seems to be popping up quite frequently, he was in the previous episode as Gogus, very striking in appearance, here he is again, in what must have been his first ever television work.
Pretty good, 6/10.
