Elaine DuPont and Yvonne lime
31 May 2007 | by (Hamilton OHIO) – See all my reviews

I was attending a western film festival some years ago in Memphis when I overhead two women talking at a nearby table in the restaurant. The one woman said something about having to get to the studio so early in the morning that she had to drive with the headlights on. Since I knew that neither of them were scheduled at the film festival, I asked them if they had been in films. The guy sitting next to them introduced them to me, adding that they had both appeared on the Ozzie and Harriet TV show as Ricky's girlfriends. The one lady introduced herself as Yvonne Lime and the name vaguely rang a bell. I later wrote to her and she sent back a autographed photo and a letter concerning the child abuse program she was involved with. I forgot about the other woman until I happened to read about Corriganville and how Crash Corrigan had married an actress who had appeared on Ozzie and Harriet. Her name was Elaine Dupont. After checking through my scrapbook to find Yvonne Lime's letter, I checked it through the IMDb and found that both women had appeared once on the program in the same episode "Who is Betty." Since there was another actress on the show and all three were given the name of "Betty", I assumed that it was one of those typical Nelson family dilemmas where Ricky didn't know which "Betty" to go with or some such 50's sitcom situation.
