Did You Know?

In the final scene, Murdock's shirt says 'Almost Fini', even though this is the last episode. This was because in the previous episode, his shirt says 'Fini' because that was supposed to be the final episode and it was, until the season 5 re-runs in 1987. They then screened the extra episode. These shirts have now become a popular fan items. See more »

10 Things I Hated in The A-Team !

10_ B.A.'s gold ?! How to be a hard to find fugitive with this amount of gold hanging from your neck all the time ? It's more outrageous than the bizarre letter "T" hair cut. Due to them he was forced at his fistfights to use only one hand, since the other was busy covering the gold to not bother him while hitting the bad guys. He looked handsome in the few times that he took them off, they sure distracted looking at him. And seriously, what's the need for them in the first place ?!

9_B.A's rings. They're too many, too sizable, to allow him doing anything, so how about fixing a sophisticated machine EVERY SINGLE EPISODE ! It's impossible to imagine that anyone can do tiny mechanic works, this fast, this precise, with this number of big ornamented rings (I think they were 10 !).

8_The guest stars in the forth season ?? I mean Hulk Hogan ? Twice ?? And Boy George ??? It couldn't get lower ?!

7_How the 4 men used their own names, with no disguise, many times, all over America ? At one point Murdock was a winner in "Wheel of Fortune", in the national TV for god's sake ! Reckless ? Maybe. Dumb ? Sure !

6_The frequent events. You know; good somebody in problem, Hannibal in disguise, "You've just haired the A-Team", tricks, chases, fixing an unusual weapon out of usual devises with a musical montage, blown up cottage, the evil guys' car flies obliquely, then a finale with HA HAA HAAA which is mostly not so Ha HAA HAAA !

5_There is no blood. While this is a good thing itself, then WHY the 2 hundreds bullets per episode ?! Seeing all of these machine guns, pistols, sometimes cannons, loose in non-stop way with no murdered or even slightly wounded soul around.. does provoke a little !

4_Well, they used to travel so easily. Nothing did come in their way, unless B.A.'s fear of flying. How much money they spent for doing this ?! Especially while we didn't see them collecting any spend-able reward from anyone ever !

3_Some of Murdock's cuckooness get on the nerves. Dwight Schultz admitted that he was given the chance to improvise as often as not, and he's a good comedian, nevertheless once in a while I couldn't stand him, like for instance in (The Taxicab Wars), the seventh episode of season 2. I deemed what he did there a not fit material for Sesame Street !

2_The girls. This show was doomed when it comes to lasting girls. They got rid of (Melinda Culea) cheaply, and (Marla Heasley) disappeared vaguely, then (Tia Carrere) who appeared in the fourth season's last episode, as a Vietnam war orphan; sexy and martial arts fighter, was meant to join the Team in the fifth season, but she was replaced stupidly by A DUDE (Eddie Velez as Frankie Santana !!). So whether the formula didn't hold, or it is (George Peppard)'s sincere efforts; since he didn't like the notion of any girl, as a co-star, in the show (Was he afraid of stealing the scenery from him ?!).

1_Getting Murdock out of the nut house; OH MY GOD. How to do it, by Face, every time and no one notices ? How he comes back again to escape again ? The writers wore away this line badly, till they wore it out utterly !

Finally, I'm an idiot. Yes, I am. The A-Team is cheesy and formulaic. But, in the same time, lovely and entertaining. So with these points or not, I love it as it is. Sorry, this list comes from too much thinking in the wrong place !
