Marla Heasley gets an on screen credit as "Tawnia Baker" but on a computer screen her name reads "Tanya Baker".
When the A-Team discuss with Tawnia about her recruitment, Tawnia's overheated car blows steam. In some shots steam is not visible.
When the team escapes Decker in Tawnya's red Oldsmobile the license plate is 483ASB, then there is no front plate while on the road. After it gets shot and disabled the license is 859OZZ.
When the Intermode helicopter "crashes' into the mountainside, the model used for the crash is of an MD-500 helicopter, which is different from the UH-1 Huey that the Intermode pilot was flying.
At one point during the helicopter chase, the floorboard under Murdock's seat pops up. While he is trying to set it back in, you can see the ground underneath the helicopter for a brief second - which reveals two things. One, the helicopter is not moving. Two, you can see grass when the helicopter was supposed to be flying over a beach. There should have been sand.
If you look closely when Murdock starts the scammed helicopter and it starts sputtering, gauges going crazy, etc. the instrument panel and gauges shown are that of a Beechcraft A-18S used in an earlier episode, not ones of the MD369 helicopter itself.
