Storyline

After accidentally locking himself to a tree in a park when activists are protesting there, people think Harry is an activist. He even gets asked to run for city council and accepts the offer. However, his opponent tries to dig up dirt on him. Meanwhile, Dick learns politics can be very complex and he's not sure he'll vote for Harry or the other guy.
