In this episode the nerve gas is released inside of CTU. Of course Jack and Kim survive, but most of the people in CTU don't. This includes Edgar. This is one the best episodes ever. At the end of the Episode the survivors are trapped in sealed rooms waiting for the gas to subside. While they are in the room, we see this one lady come to the door after it is sealed. Jack says, "There is nothing we can do to help her." Then she fails to the ground and dies. The episode ends when Edgar comes back to his work station to find that no one is there. He looks and sees people, including Chloe, in the situation room. Then he too dies. Also the episode ends with a silent clock, instead of the normal beeping.
