Conspiracy All Around!
1 May 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This is the fifth episode of the first season of 24. It's a very tense, action-jammed episode that has many things going on at once. Once again, I really like the realistic tone of the story being set in real-time and all. The story itself may have a few weaker moments, mainly in the scenes with Teri, but this is still a highly-adequate episode.

In this episode, "4:00," Jack follows the suspect to the police station, where he wants to learn more about his daughter's kidnapping. But he has to avoid being caught by George Mason. Meanwhile, Teri and Alan are at the hospital while Janet, Kim's friend goes in surgery. Kim realizes how dangerous Ira Gaines can be.

Overall, this is a fast-paced, explosive episode highlighted by some interesting action scenes within the police precinct. I loved the ending as it adds another twist to the story.
