Valentine's Day
14 April 2015 | by See all my reviews

The fourteenth episode entitled "Chapel Of Love" presents past romances of the crew as the subject of the Valentine's Day episode of the show. The squad plays poker and recall their worst dates. As for Officer Tom Hanson,he narrates the story when his father was killed during his prom night.

I felt that the episode was decent despite the fact that it tried to be different from the others wherein the crew tell stories of their dating disasters. It also emphasizes the pain brought about by being dateless in Valentine's Day.The writers try to insert the death of Officer Hanson's father to somehow balance the tone of drama and comedy. But nevertheless,I felt that it wasn't up to par with the rest as it did not provide the same joy and entertainment that a typical episode would considering that the crew aren't High School students but rather young looking police officers. Therefore,I expected maturity among them when they get together instead of acting like high school students especially when it comes to attitude towards love and relationships.
