Storyline

When a shortage of drugs to sell to prospective clients, the cartel is immediately called to a family style meeting of the heads of the various drug runners in the city. Headed by Cortez, he oversees an unsettled dispute between the two leading drug runners by presenting a card game where the wager is a brother's life of one of the two or millions of dollars in retribution money for the loss of the other's wife. Needless to say, all hell breaks loose.
