It's poorly acted and shot on what looks like Betacam or MiniDV- but what I assumed is poor quality may just be the point as the ending is like removing your soul before you were born. When it ended I thought to myself- well this is what you get for watching it all the way through with out fast forwarding- the narrative seemed to stop at a point I thought it was taking off- but maybe this was intentional- as opposed to badly written. I felt so empty at the end of the film and then I realised I might have been watching a film that was evoking Antonioni- the emptiness of the set- the underpopulated world, the artificialness of the characters. Is truly impressive- and maybe deliberate. i had to rate this film 5 out of ten because if it was good throughout and then it ended as it did- I would have loved it. But I also had to give it five stars as it was so bad in every scene, that I wanted to stop it constantly. I wish more people had seen it so I could get a general consensus. I have it on VHS in my library of forgotten films. Which is why I watched it.
