Saturday Savings: Kristen Bell's Floral Two-Piece Is 40% Off

13 May 2017 6:00 AM, PDT | E! Online | See recent E! Online news »

Happiness is finding out that Kristen Bell's entire outfit is on sale (well, except for the $425 Mercedes Castillo sandals. But everything else is on sale). Though you probably think the Chips actor's floral ensemble is a statement-making maxi dress, it's actually an incredibly chic two-piece Rebecca Taylor set—and now both the top and the skirt are 40 percent off. Is there a more perfect summer outfit? (Debatable, but probably not.) It's structural (which makes it more interesting than your average outfit), it's floral (without feeling too girly) and it's romantic enough to throw on with heels for date night but easily toned down with sandals for a more »

Just when we thought Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard couldn’t get any cuter.

The stars are celebrating almost 10 years together, so naturally Shepard took to Instagram to post a goofy throwback photo of himself and Bell, 36.

“This was nearly 10 years ago. I often wonder if I chose correctly,” the CHiPs actor, 42, captioned a photo of himself sharing a pretty awkward kiss with Bell in a pool as Shepard held a dolphin (yes, a dolphin).

“The dolphin’s not on Facebook, so it’s hard to know for sure,” he added.

Ant-Man and the Wasp Logo Unveiled at CinemaCon

30 March 2017 4:15 PM, PDT | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

Earlier this week, Disney took the stage at CinemaCon with a brief presentation, and while some fans were hoping for Star Wars or Marvel news to come out of this panel, that didn't happen, with the bulk of the event used for a screening of the studio's Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Before the screening, though, the studio did discuss its massive slate, which included our first look at the official logo for Ant-Man and the Wasp, which will hit theaters next summer. Of course, since Ant-Man 2 doesn't start filming until this coming June in Atlanta, there isn't any official photos or footage the studio could have shown, but now at least we know what the logo looks like.

The logo was captured during the presentation by Twitter user Caleb Williams, who snapped a photo of Disney's full slate, which shows Ant-Man and the Wasp »

Hawkeye to Return in Ant-Man 2?

29 March 2017 4:54 PM, PDT | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

While promoting his hit sci-fi film Arrival last year, Jeremy Renner was asked if his commitments to Avengers: Infinity War would interfere with returning as Brandt in Mission: Impossible 6. Since the production schedules for both movies seemed to overlap, the actor wasn't exactly sure how it would all shake out, but it seems that there is also another project that will now definitely keep the actor away from Mission: Impossible 6. A new report claims that, not only is Jeremy Renner shooting Avengers: Infinity War, but he'll also be gearing up to return as Hawkeye in Ant-Man and the Wasp.

This new report comes from Showbiz 411, which reveals that Jeremy Renner will shoot both Avengers 3 and Ant-Man 2 back-to-back. Filming is already under way on Avengers Infinity War, which will also be shot back-to-back with Avengers 4, with the entire shoot slated to stretch until sometime this fall. Watch Kristen Bell, James Corden Perform Awkward Aerial Duet

On Tuesday's Late Late Show, Kristen Bell and James Corden were physically moved by the power of love – but they weren't moved to the same spot. The actress and host sang the classic Joe Cocker and Jennifer Warnes' duet "Up Where We Belong," made hilarious by fake production errors.

The duo began on the stage, with Bell showcasing her warm vibrato and Corden channeling Cocker's trademark gravelly croon. But the vibe turned comedic seconds later, as the CHiPS actress was lifted way above the host, who hung mere feet off the stage. »

CHiPs movie review: they promised chip would happen, and it did

MaryAnn’s quick take… Toilet humor, cars exploding for no reason, random naked boobies, and gay panic… although, weirdly, also lots of awkward, unerotic nearly naked Dax Shepard. I’m “biast” (pro): enjoyed the TV show, but I was like eight then

I’m “biast” (con): enough with the reboots

(what is this about? see my critic’s minifesto)

In 2011, the comedian and actor Dax Shepard made his feature debut with the mockumentary Brother’s Justice. In it, he plays a version of himself as — in the words of Gary Goldstein in the Los Angeles Times — “an impulsive, clueless narcissist on a journey to reinvent himself as an action star.” The plot involves Shepard running around Hollywood trying to raise money to make a cash-grab action movie starring himself. His 2012 second feature as writer and director (and star), action comedy Hit and Run, might have looked like a fulfillment of that dream, »

Exclusive Video Interview: Kristen Bell Talks Chips

27 March 2017 10:14 AM, PDT | We Got This Covered | See recent We Got This Covered news »

Chips represents something of a burning passion project for Dax Shepard, who initially approached WB with a pitch that took the core concept of the ’70s TV show and slapped on a new lick of paint. The end result is a wildly over-the-top, laugh-out-loud funny, buddy cop movie in the vein of Lethal Weapon or Michael Bay’s Bad Boys, one in which Shepard is joined by Ant-Man‘s Michael Peña.

Together, they form the fiercest duo on the California Highway Patrol, one which spends their days catching criminals – or at the very least, trying to – and generally frolicking around on America’s sun-kissed West Coast. Rounding out the cast list for the hilarious, R-rated romp are Kristen Bell (Dax Shepard’s significant other), Rosa Salazar, Adam Brody, Jessica McNamee, Vida Guerra, Rene Moran and Kelly Richardson.

‘Beauty and the Beast’ Tops Box Office as ‘Power Rangers’ Comes on Strong

26 March 2017 2:14 PM, PDT | Indiewire | See recent Indiewire news »

Beauty and the Beast” (Disney) held beautifully, down less than half after its phenomenal opening, and easily led the Top Ten for the second weekend.

But the Lionsgate reboot of “Power Rangers” (officially “Saban’s Power Rangers”) exceeded expectations to lead the new wide releases. The two other studio newbies, “Life” (Sony) and “Chips” (Warner Bros.) stumbled out of the starting blocks with weak showings as more attention is directed at the four March 2017 releases well past $100 million domestic (“Kong: Skull Island”/Warner Bros. and “Logan”/20th Century Fox) as March looks to be the new April in terms of studio release schedules. The calendar keeps expanding and the returns at the top are strong.

Disney's 'Beauty' Delivers Beastly Second Weekend, While 'Power Rangers' Opens with $40.5M

26 March 2017 8:29 AM, PDT | Box Office Mojo | See recent BoxOfficeMojo.com news »

Disney's Beauty and the Beast delivered a monster second weekend, pulling in enough to make it the fourth largest second weekend of all-time and pushing the film over $315 million in a matter of just ten days. Added to that, Lionsgate's release of Saban's Power Rangers debuted in second place and proved there was still an audience for the franchise that began in the early '90s. Meanwhile, Sony's Life didn't show much of it and WB's CHiPs finished mostly as expected, settling in the lower half of the weekend top ten. All that said it was a great weekend at the domestic box office with the top twelve delivering $192.3 million a 63% improvement over the same weekend last year. With an estimated $88.3 million, Disney's Beauty and the Beast finished atop the box office for a second weekend in a row. It's the fourth largest second weekend of all-time and pushes the »
