Could someone please wake me up when the snore fest is over? This move is ridiculous! I can't even believe that someone would want to go to blockbuster to rent this movie. It must have taken a lot of stupidity to come up with this movie. I wouldn't have spent my money on making this film if I were the one producing it.

First of all, I'm not the type of person who watches sci-fi movies and if I did this wouldn't even make it in my top 3. The only thing that I can say I actually liked about this movie was the fact that Tom Cruise stepped up to the plate as a father figure. Honestly, I don not cry during movies but when that scene came along, a tear rolled down my face. Seriously though, that was the only thing I liked about the movie. Other than that the movie sucked! So did the book by H. G. Wells. Sci-fi just isn't my thing!

"The Color Purple" that Spielberg produced was a much, much, much better movie than this. "The Color Purple" was probably the best movie that Steven Spielberg ever made.

Hey Steven, why don't you stick with movies like "The Color Purple?" Maybe we wouldn't have anything to criticize!
