Volcano Vacation Hell
Businessman and entrepreneur Dewey Gaedcke decides to check out the spectacular Kilauea Volcano, driving down a secluded local road, before hiking through the dark to a viewing spot. But in the dead of night, becomes disorientated - in the heart of a 330,000-acre national park, covered with deep craters, steaming volcanic vents and crusty lava fields. Dewey is faced with a five day battle to live in this arid, lunar landscape.

Lost in the Jungle
In 1993, Ken Wilson and his best friend/boss Catherine Goergens run a scuba diving expedition to the spectacular coral reefs off the Mexican island of Cozumel. On their final day, the group decide to visit some overgrown Mayan ruins buried within Cozumel's dense jungle. Keen to explore some of the more remote ruins, Ken sets off alone. Within an hour he's hopelessly lost. In temperatures exceeding 100 degrees and with no food or water, Ken faces a desperate fight for his life.

Perfect Storm
In October 1991 Lt. Col. Dave Ruvola and his 4 man helicopter rescue crew are called upon to help save a lone yachtsman shipwrecked 250 miles off the New Jersey coast. Their mission is thrown into turmoil by a huge once-in-a lifetime storm. Unable to refuel in mid-air they are forced to ditch into the Atlantic Ocean.
