Storyline

Falcon Beach is a town in cottage country by a lake in Canadian province Manitoba, where aquatic sports are part of the pleasure package which attracts many visitors during the sunny tourist season. Local adolescent blond god Jason Tanner, who runs the barely break-even marina with his widowed ma, and his best friend Danny, whose family owns an old-fashioned arcade, are content with their simple life, but everything starts changing when the Bradshaw family returns to a cabin it owns there, as dad Trevor, a New York corporate tycoon, hatches plans to 'develop' the paradise profitably, never mind environment or locals. His daughter Paige, a Harvard brain, will date every attractive male in the story and cause them mixed emotions, while her brother Lane sways even more between dad's ruthless enterprise and his own drug addiction and dealings with murky Mook, fighting each-other and the police. When I first heard this show was coming out I had many doubts about it. The main one being, another version of the O.C. I was pleasantly surprised however. This show is nothing like the O.C and had many different story lines. It is really a good show with fantastic Canadian actors and great story lines. When i found out this show was also Canadian I think it made it that much better. It isn't all that often that Canada comes out with a great television show. This really is a good show with great developing love triangles, love interests and good cliff hangers. You should really try to check it out and give it a chance, I think you will be surprised too!
