The second and last Care Bears special to be produced by now-defunct Canadian company, Atkinson Film-Arts. Since American Greetings and Kenner Toys were not satisfied with Atkinson's work, production of future animated installments was soon transferred to DiC Entertainment and (more famously) another Canadian studio, Nelvana. more
