• Revealing mistakes: When Charlie is in his first apartment playing the video game and the shot is from where the video screen is, the receiver/amplifier has no cables or wires running to or from it; yet when he's in the second apartment, all the RCA cables and other cables are plugged into it and it is clearly hooked up to work.
  
  
• Miscellaneous: In one of the scenes at Dr. Johnson's office, the second hand on the clock is not moving
  
  
• Continuity: In the bar scene, Alan gets soaked by Charlie's drink, covering his face, shirt, tie, and coat. Alan then turns and when he exits the door, he is completely dry.
  
  

• Continuity: In some scenes with the GoPed, the gas tank is on the right side, while in other scenes it's on the left.
  
  
• Continuity: In the scene where Dr. Johnson first meets Charlie on the street, the cars behind Charlie vary from shot to shot. In some there is a big white truck to the left and a car with flashing lights on the left. In other shots, there are only a couple of dark cars parked there
  
  
• Continuity: When Charlie is walking towards the water after the court hearing, Alan's car door is still open. Once they change camera angles, the door is closed.
  
  
• Continuity: Donna enters the courtroom while Dr. Oakhurst is on the stand. Dr. Oakhurst is also seated in the gallery as Donna moves towards her seat.
