It was revealed just a few weeks ago that Tobin Bell is returning to reprise his iconic role as John Kramer in Saw Legacy. The Jigsaw actor has now shared the first look at Billy along with teasing what could be one of the greatest Saw traps ever committed to the screen. Yes, it looks like Jigsaw will be using a rollercoaster to torment his victims in this latest Saw sequel. The actor had this to say on Twitter.

2 March 2017 10:24 AM, PST | MovieWeb | See recent MovieWeb news »

Jigsaw is back, baby! Yes, it has been confirmed that Tobin Bell will reprise his role as the infamous serial killer with a game to play in this year's Halloween release Saw Legacy. But don't expect him to dominate the movie, as the actor is only expected to be back in a limited capacity.

And is it a sequel or a reboot?

Bloody Disgusting has the answer with exclusive new plot details and the confirmation that Tobin Bell will be crawling out of that proverbial grave at least one more time to torture a few well-deserving individuals. »

While most movies announce their cast members in the lead-up to production starting, Lionsgate's Saw: Legacy, the first Saw movie in seven years, has taken the opposite approach. With filming wrapped, the studio has announced that Laura Vandervoort and Hannah Anderson will star in the horror sequel, although nothing about their characters has been revealed at this time. While no story details or other cast members have been confirmed, there were a few interesting rumors swirling around the production, when filming was under way last fall.

Variety reports that the movie is currently in post-production, and that the previously-announced release date of October 27, just four days before Halloween, is still intact. Back in November, when production was under way, a rumor surfaced that both Tobin Bell would be returning as John Kramer, a.k.a. Jigsaw, along with Jon Cor's Ryan from the last installment, 2010's Saw 3D. There »
