• Continuity: The knife in Balajeet's back changes positions from the center to top left.
  
  
• Miscellaneous: When Bala is fighting his way through the horde of guards inside the prison building, right before he gets stabbed in the back, the guy who stabs him steps on a baseball bat. The bat is completely hollow (so when it was used in filming it didn't actually injure anyone), but when the stabber steps on it, the bat is crushed and actually bends in the middle.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: Near the end of the lovemaking scene, John Abraham finishes off the people in the fighting ring. He throws a punch that misses one of the fighters by about two feet, yet it makes a hitting noise and sends the guy spinning.
