An all in one game.
3 June 2006 | by See all my reviews

Burnout Legends brings us Burnout 3 with all the legendary stuff included. We get maps and cars from the previous games in the series but in a Burnout 3 gameplay style. From playing Burnout 3: Takedown on my PlayStation 2, I felt the need to play this game and see if it would be any good on a portable system. No surprise there, it was! You get some kick-ass tunes in the background and some really cool crashes just as you would expect in Burnout games.

I was always addicted to "Road Rage" on Burnout 3 and the same applies for Burnout Legends. You'll get that really good feeling when you smash your opponents cars. Well worth getting even if you haven't played a Burnout game since it has most of the elements from the previous games anyway.

A few negative points though - sometimes when you are in gameplay and the track changes you get a slight pause but this shouldn't affect you that much. One other thing is the load times - as with some other PlayStation Portable games you'll have to wait a fair while for your event to come up.

Don't let the negative points put you off the game though, just rent it or buy it - you must play this game!
