Storyline

Four American soldiers have found themselves assigned to a German escape route behind enemy lines in the French countryside during World War II. With these men already being pushed to their physical and emotional thresholds, what happens when a shell-shocked German prisoner inadvertantly becomes the catalyst to the downward spiral of the war-weary men who hold him captive?
