Welcome To Paradise, 23 November 2005
10/10

This is a concert to be dealt with. With their quadruple-platinum selling album "American Idiot", Green Day releases "Bullet in a Bible". The DVD/Cd that has clips of their show which takes place Milton Keynes, in the summer of 2005. This blisteringly masterful show follows Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tre' Cool as they play 14 songs, with many from Idiot and some old classics. As a bonus, in between songs there are interviews with the three about how the first punk-rock opera was born.

They have to be one of the best live performers around, and this deluxe set shows you why. While Dirnt and Cool keep up the steady beat, Armstrong never stops jumping up and down, playing guitar behind his back, and constantly shouting to the audience "my name is Bush, but me friends call me asshole".

Even if you are not a Green Day fan, this will undoubtedly show you why these are multi-platinum punks. And why they got a record breaking 8 Grammy nominations. It is one hell of a concert, and I suggest that you don't become an American idiot and miss out on this cherishable event!
