"Batman: The Journey Begins" is a very telling title here as this 14-minute documentary is of course about the film "Batman Begins", with which director Christopher Nolan rebooted the Batman franchise over a decade ago. It tells us about how they came up with the script, how they chose Christian Bale for the lead and also a bit about the supporting actors and characters. All in all, it's not a must see by any means and sometimes include a bit too much praising themselves for my taste, but it was still a decent watch and occasionally also on the informative side. I enjoyed it and it's one of my favorite add-ons from the Batman franchise. If you liked the film, then go see this one here too. You're really doing nothing wrong. But make sure to see the film first as this documentary here spoilers about a major plot development. Thumbs-up from me.
