Several references, also medical, to sex, fertility and insemination, as the main couple is trying to have a baby. The couple kisses a few times throughout the movie. There are no sex scenes and there is no nudity.

A woman tells a girl how hot and handsome a doctor is, and how he makes her feel all firey inside. She goes on speaking about her sexual needs. She jokingly adds that she would divorce from her husband for the doctor.

A guy jokes with her girlfriend, asking her is she would still screw him if he was reborn as a dog. She says no. He then asks her "what about an opossum?"; she says "yes, I'd do it with an opossum". Then she adds that a horse would be much better. He laughs and tells her she has good taste.


A couple of gorey scenes. The plot is about a serial killer of young women. The lead girl is stalked and attacked by him.

A girl is found dead on a table in a church. She is naked and completely drenched in blood. Her abdomen has been deeply cut.

We see a girl chained to a table and the killer coming near to her. Later is it said that the girl has been tortured and killed; her internal organs were completely and carefully removed.


Some seldom strong language, including sexual references and profanities such as "bitch", "shit", "fuck", etc.


Some jump scenes, as well as bloody moments, might frighten young viewers.

The lead character is stalked and attacked by a killer, and tormented by visions and nightmares.

Some medical tools are seen while an undertaker sews a dead man's lips. The dead man later gets up and talks to a shocked girl.
