In the scenes where someone is driving, take note that they're driving the British way (where this film was made) on the left side of the road. In the US (where this film takes place) driving is on the right, not the left.
When she wakes up after the dream with sewn up dead guy she turns on the TV and there is the audio of a news broadcast, except the screen is blank - just a blue screen with corner cross marks where the effects editor was supposed to add the video on post edit.
The goof item below may give away important plot points.
