At 56:30 in the movie the apocalyptic tribe are chasing the soldiers in a graffiti'd up bus which is torn straight from Walter Hill's "The Warriors (1979) where the heroes are chased by the "Turnbull A.C.'s" who are in a similar bus and hang off of it waving weapons. It mirrors it so closely that the pursuees leap over subway turnstiles in their escape. Great call-back.
Docter Kane says almost the exact same sentence as ripley says at the end of the movie, only he says '' Doctor Kane signing off'' and ripley say ''Lt. Ripley signing off.''
Many references, including the maps of Scotland using the same animation style and colours as those of New York, the scene where weapons and mission are presented to Eden Sinclair, and the musical themes.
When they cross the tunnel towards Kane's castle, in the sight of the numerous piled up boxes, one of them says that he has to have the Lost Ark there.

During the car chase, Stirling punches one of the marauders off the side of his car and performs a Bruce Lee-style yell when he does so - which is exactly what Spoon, also played by Darren Morfitt, did when in a fistfight with a werewolf in Dog Soldiers.
