Ned White and his son Colton White venture onto the Morningstar, a steamboat on the Montana River. The steamboat is attacked by barbaric men lead by a corrupt preacher, Josiah Reed. After Ned tells Colton he really isn't his father, the two become separated and Ned dies. Now alone and craving vengeance and answers, Colton sets out to the west where he will join a rebellious group of outlaws to battle Indians, stop a corrupt mayor, kill Josiah Reed and stop an evil Civil War Major named Thomas Magruder who has the answers Colton needs as well as a plot of his own to find the Cross of Coronado- the key to the gateway of the lost golden city. Did You Know?
There are several hints that Honest Tom (at the beginning of the game) is not what he claims to be: 1- He tried to steal from Colton. 2- He said Dodge City is two days far from where they were standing, but it's actually a few miles. 3- He laughs when he says "being as honest as I am..." 4- Before the horse race begins, he starts racing after saying "Ready..." After Reed's death, Magruder orders his bodyguard to put a price on Colton's head. However, Colton is never attacked by bounty-hunters or mercenaries, not even from this point on (just the regulars bandits). See more
