In one scene there is a bottomless party we see close ups of women's pubic hair and vaginas very graphic

A man gets out of a pool bottomless. The tip of his (prosthetic) penis is clearly shown amongst his comically large, bushy amount of wet pubic hair. The shot of it is held a couple of seconds longer in the Unrated version.

A few women are seen topless throughout the movie.

A dream threesome sex scene with Kumar, Vanessa, and a giant bag of marijuana. Vanessa(in a bra and panties) puts her hand in the bag's "vagina". She then puts a glove on, makes a fist, and inserts the fist in the giant bag's "rectum".

At a whorehouse, two women are shown topless kissing. (In the unrated version, Kumar masturbates --under a sheet) while watching them. We see a woman's bare butt in a thong with the initials NPH burned into it.

Kumar accidentally ejaculates onto his own face while masturbating under a sheet. (unrated version only)

Harold and Kumar are nearly forced to perform oral sex known as the Cockmeat Sandwich on Big Bob. The guard has his pants down, and you can see his bare butt. A second prison guard receives oral sex from two other prison inmates, one of whom bites the guard's member off-screen; we can hear a crunching sound and cries of pain. The duo then defeats two guards. This gives Harold and Kumar enough time to escape the cell.

An actress in the bordello scene has such oversized breast implants that each breast is literally larger than her head. They are barely, barely covered by her string bikini top. They are real, rather than prosthetic or the result of a CGI effect.

A male character masturbates (not directly shown, but the act is completely obvious) to orgasm. In the unrated version, he ejaculates copiously onto a TV screen--we see the 'sperm' squirting all over but the masturbation that causes this is not shown directly.

A deer walks up to Harold and Kumar and they begin petting it. Suddenly, the deer is shot with a rifle and blood splashes all over the characters. Raymus, the man who shot the deer, walks over to the deer and stabs it with a knife causing a little bit of blood to squirt out.

Neil Patrick Harris tries to escape a situation he got himself into. As he is running away he is shot several times by a shotgun. Blood sprays from the wounds and blood squirts out of his mouth.

A terrorist inmate accidentally grabs hold of an electric fence and is electrocuted. We see his smoking body hanging on the fence.

There are several scenes of physical violence such as punching, kicking, etc.

In the theatrical version: The F-word is used no less than 153 times; the S-word is used at least 68 times; the N-word is used at least ten times. There is quite a lot of talk about sex, always in vulgar terms. Sometimes anatomical slang is used as insults. Religious profanity is used a lot. Occasionally, other racial slurs along with "fags" and "queer" are used.

Perhaps most the offensive and unnecessary of all, the profanity "Cheney" is used once (both versions).

This movie is a stoner comedy; many people smoke marijuana in many situations throughout the movie. They smoke marijuana in very unusual situations. They smoke marijuana that has been laced with cocaine. One even smokes marijuana in conjunction with liquor, beer, and mushrooms while driving a car. One eats mushrooms to avoid being caught with them. A man recommends chopping up and snorting Zoloft to relieve anxiety.

The main characters accidentally go to a KKK rally in the woods-- giant burning cross. Grand Imperial Wizard, and all. One of the Klan members catches on fire.

A deer walks up to Harold and Kumar and they begin petting it. Suddenly, BLAM! the deer is shot dead with a rifle and blood splashes all over the characters. Raymus, the man who shot the deer, walks over to the deer and stabs it (in order to gut it) with a knife causing a little bit of blood to squirt out.

Raza gets out of a pool bottomless. His penis is clearly shown amongst his frighteningly large, bushy amount of dripping wet pubic hair. Harold and Kumar are disgusted and horrified, and most viewers may very well have a similar reaction.

Rated TV-14 (PG-13) Due to violence and brief sexuality. (HBO Advisory)
