Storyline

Bill goes bathing in the river Dee. With the usual light-heartedness, he wraps himself in his bath towel and his umbrella, a white one, and wanders down the stream in search of pure enjoyment. Shortly after he comes to the dismantled Chateau of Spookeybrook, where he plays the part of the Ghost of Benjamin Binks for the benefit of some globe trotters who are exploring the ruins. Upon beholding this apparition, they trot off as fast as their legs can carry them. But it's only little Willie after all, and of course, all's well that ends well.
