Sex & Nudity

a man has sex with his girlfriend in public (mostly shown, but not "completely") The scene is about one or two minutes long

a doctor has two nude women massaging him

several topless females walk around and sit by a pool of a rich gangster.

a couple of topless females are shown at a club.

a joke about a man having a "steel hard-on"

Violence & Gore

a main theme of this movie is about a mob hitman who was poisoned in his sleep, by his rival. He then decides that he will murder the man who did this to him if its the last thing that he does. he eventually does so, and murders anybody who dares to try and stop him.

However, the catch is, he needs to keep adrenaline pumping in his body, and killing people keeps up adrenaline.

lots and lots of gunplay and people getting shot to death on-screen

Chev uses a suffocating man as a shield and many bullets tear into his body.

A disturbing scene where Chev shoves a mans hand into a sewing machine and it tears his hand to shreds literally

Chev chops off Rickys brothers hand then murders him. he then sends the hand to Ricky, where the hand is placed in full graphic view on a table.

Ricky gets his fingers graphically shot off towards the end of the movie

Chev falls out of an airplane and bounces off of a car and hits the ground, as blood and chunks go everywhere

Profanity

near constant uses of the F-word and other R-Rated phrases (a few of them are written out and are used as gestures)

some uses of the N-word (in reference to a white male however)

A main theme of the movie is that Ricky injects a syringe in Chev's neck and tells him that he was injected with with a deadly mixture of drugs, and that if he does not keep his adreneline up, he will die

Chev takes many different legal and non-legal drugs to give his body energy including epinephrine, cocaine, caffeine, and others (all drug use is shown on-screen graphically)

the scene mentioned above where Chev falls out of the airplane

and the man and the sewing machine
